Sexual performance anxiety is far more common than most men admit — and it has very little to do with attraction. From my own experience working closely with men, I’ve seen something many people never talk about openly: men who genuinely want intimacy, but the moment things become sexual, their nervous system completely locks up. Shaking, overthinking, difficulty getting or maintaining an erection — not because the desire isn’t there, but because the pressure is. In this video, I break down what’s actually happening beneath the surface. Why sexual performance anxiety isn’t really about sex at all, but about nervous system regulation, shame, and the intense pressure many men feel to “perform” in order to prove their masculinity. When sex becomes a test, the body often shuts down. I talk about why this happens, the hidden psychological loop that keeps men stuck in it, and why the real solution isn’t trying harder — it’s learning how to come back into presence and safety in your own body. Because real intimacy doesn’t come from performance. It comes from integration.
