Copyright information

A clear process for rights holders.

This page explains what a copyright notice must contain and where written notices concerning Erotimate should be sent.

Scope and who should contact us

Last updated: 27 September 2026. Erotimate displays creator listings, images, previews, and links to live experiences, including material delivered by third-party providers. If you own copyright in material appearing on an Erotimate page or believe that a link or preview here points to infringing material, identify the specific item so we can assess what is within our control. For media hosted or streamed by another service, you may also need to contact that host directly.

This page concerns copyright, not privacy, age-verification, impersonation, or safety complaints. For other concerns use the general contact form or email below. We cannot act on a vague report without enough information to locate the material.

Information for a copyright notice

Use the form below or email partners@erotimate.com with the subject “Copyright notice.” A substantially complete notice should include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature, and whether you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
  3. The exact Erotimate URL or other location of each allegedly infringing item, with enough detail for us to find it; screenshots and the provider’s URL can help distinguish similarly named profiles.
  4. Your name and contact information, including a reply email and mailing address and telephone number where available.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the complained-of use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

The form captures the item details, mailing address, telephone number, declarations, and electronic signature. If you need to include supporting information, add it in the details field or email it directly. Do not send passwords or identity documents.

Review and third-party material

The inbox receives your report; submission alone does not automatically remove a stream, image, or account. We may ask for missing details, investigate the specific page or link, disable material within our control where appropriate, and communicate with the relevant hosting provider or affected party. The provider that hosts a live stream or media may need to handle requests concerning its own copies. We do not promise a particular outcome or imply that this page itself operates an automated takedown system.

Knowingly making material misrepresentations about infringement can have legal consequences. A dispute over ownership or permission may require legal advice rather than an unsupported accusation through a web form.

If you believe a removal was a mistake

If an Erotimate-controlled item was disabled because of a copyright notice and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, email partners@erotimate.com with the subject “Copyright counter-notice.” Include your physical or electronic signature; the removed material and its former URL; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was mistaken; your name, mailing address, and telephone number; and the required statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate US federal district court and accepting service of process from the original claimant or their agent. If the hosting provider removed the content, send the counter-notice to that provider under its process.

Where the US DMCA counter-notice procedure applies and all its conditions are met, the statutory process includes notice to the claimant and a waiting period before restoration unless a court action is filed. Do not assume that sending a message to Erotimate will restore provider-hosted material or override the provider’s own rules.

Further information

The US Copyright Office’s Section 512 guide provides further information about copyright notices and counter-notices. For material hosted on another service, consult that service’s copyright-reporting process as well.
