Privacy information
Your information should stay yours.
This page explains the information the service may handle, why it is used, and the choices available to members.
Who this notice covers
Last updated: 27 September 2026. This notice describes Erotimate’s handling of personal information on its website and member services. Erotimate is operated by Adscorex LTD, the point of contact responsible for first-party account, analytics, and enquiry processing described here. It covers visitors, registered members, people who contact us, and people whose interactions with creators are recorded by the service. The site contains adult material and is intended only for people aged 18 or older.
Live streams, creator profiles, embedded players, account setup, and payment-related services may involve third-party platforms. Those providers can process information under their own notices as well as the processing described here. This notice does not purport to describe every independent provider’s practices.

Information you give us
- Account and profile: email address, display name, account preferences, authentication credentials stored as a password hash, and details you choose to put in your account. A signed-in session is associated with your account.
- Contact and rights requests: your name, reply email, request type, message, and any website, content URL, location, copyright declaration, or other information you include. Contact requests are delivered through an email provider to the Erotimate team.
- Member activity: choices such as favourites and interactions with creator profiles or rooms, preferences for marketing email, and status or transaction-related information returned by a provider where relevant. An embedded provider may separately handle live-room chat, paid controls, and payment details.
- Business enquiries: information submitted by prospective creators, affiliates, and collaborators, including a profile or website link and details of a proposal.
Browsing a creator or adult category may reveal sensitive information about interests. Please consider this when using a shared device or account.
Information collected automatically or from providers
Requests to the site can include your IP address, browser and device details, user agent, requested path, and approximate location derived from an IP address. When starting an account connection to the live-content provider, country information and, where required, a ZIP or postal code may also be processed. We may receive account setup, eligibility, balance, or activity status from that provider.
Our analytics records certain creator clicks and room opens, including a visitor identifier, creator identifier or name, page or placement, time, and associated account ID when you are signed in. The server may also store an IP-derived hash rather than a raw IP in analytics records. These records can still relate to a person and should not be treated as anonymous.
Cookies and browser storage
An adult-content acknowledgement is saved in browser storage so the site can remember your choice. A separate browser-stored analytics visitor identifier helps recognize repeat interactions. The server can set an HTTP-only analytics visitor cookie with a lifetime of up to 365 days. A login session cookie may last up to 30 days. Embedded live players, content delivery networks, and payment or account providers may set their own cookies or use other browser storage under their own notices.
The adult-content acknowledgement concerns access to adult material, not marketing email preferences or a separate analytics choice. You can manage browser cookies and storage in your browser settings, though clearing or blocking essential storage may require you to sign in again or repeat the age acknowledgement. Marketing email preferences are managed separately in member settings.
Why we process information
- Service and account delivery (contract): create an account, authenticate a session, remember requested settings, display discovery features, and connect eligible members to the live-content provider to provide the service they request.
- Safety, security, and abuse prevention (legitimate interests; legal obligation where applicable): protect users and the site, investigate misuse, prevent fraud, and keep records required by law. Our interests are maintaining a secure adult service and defending legitimate claims.
- Responding to you (legitimate interests or steps you request before a contract): handle support, creator, partner, privacy, copyright, and records enquiries, using the details you supply to assess and answer them. A statutory rights request can also require processing under a legal obligation.
- Measurement and improvement (legitimate interests, subject to cookie rules): understand which discovery areas and creator links are used to improve navigation and reliability. Any separate consent required for non-essential cookies or browser storage is distinct from the adult-content acknowledgement.
- Marketing (consent/preference where required): where a member has enabled marketing emails, use that preference and eligible account status to select and send relevant communications. Members can turn off marketing emails in account settings. Service messages and replies to direct enquiries are separate from marketing.
Live content, account handoff, and payments
When you request provider-backed features, Erotimate may send an identifier, email, display name, country or ZIP where applicable, IP address, user agent, and a return destination to the live-content provider to start or maintain the provider account or session. The provider can return status needed to show availability or account features. Live-player scripts and media can connect directly to that provider or its delivery network.
Payment and paid-room controls can be supplied by the provider. Do not assume that entering a payment method into a provider interface sends full card details to Erotimate: the relevant payment interface and provider notice govern that collection. We may receive related status or activity information, but this site does not offer a complete local card-processing flow.
Who may receive information
Information may be disclosed to service providers supporting website hosting, database operations, authentication, email delivery, live video and creator data, account handoff, payments, analytics, security, and legal or regulatory requests. A message submitted using our contact form is sent to the Erotimate inbox through our email-delivery provider. An embedded live-content service may collect information directly from your browser. We may share information with professional advisers or authorities when legally required or reasonably necessary to address rights, safety, or fraud.
Some recipients or infrastructure may be outside the UK or your country. Contact us if you need information about where a particular provider processes data or the arrangements that apply to a transfer.
How long information remains
Session and analytics-cookie durations are described above. Expiry of a browser cookie does not delete related account or activity records from the service. Account, provider-status, interaction, analytics-event, marketing-delivery, audit, and support records can remain for service operation, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations, and may be assessed in response to a valid rights request. A request to erase data may not extend to records we must retain or information held independently by a provider.
Contact us for access, correction, or deletion; we will assess the request and verify identity as needed. We will not ask you to put identity documents in the public form.
Your rights and choices
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your information, receive portable data, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis. These rights are not absolute and may require verification. You can update available account and marketing preferences in the service and clear local browser storage yourself. Contact us at partners@erotimate.com with the account email and the right you wish to exercise.
UK residents can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). You do not have to contact us first, though doing so may let us resolve a concern sooner.
Security, age, and changes
We use account access controls and other technical measures, but no website or transmission can promise absolute security. Never submit passwords, card numbers, or identification documents through a general contact form.
The site is for adults. If you believe a minor has supplied information, contact us with the relevant details so we can investigate. We may update this notice when the service or its data practices change; the date at the top identifies this version.
